ACA specializes in Caribbean cuisine

The Caribbean cuisine is best described as a melting-pot heritage resulting from many cultural influences: French, Indian, Spanish, English, Asian, and mainly African. Needless to say how extremely rich and diverse is the Caribbean culture.  

That simmering of tastes and cultures results in the flavorful and colorful cuisine that is offered by A Culinary Affair.  The menu relies on basic ingredients, fresh spices cooked in simple ways.  A classic ACA menu features a selection of pan ethnic dishes, which combines 
the finesse of European cuisine with the spices of Africa
.

Our commitment to the environment is absolute.  “Green” procedures are exercised at every moment.

Buffets are artfully and colorfully garnished to appeal to the eye and complement your theme.

MENU PRICING STARTS AT $12.95/GUEST - HOST AND HOSTESS EAT FREE!

For your convenience, we offer the following packages:

·        Full service  -  We do all the work. You focus on enjoying your party with your guests, hassle-free.  

·        Limited service - The chosen food is delivered to your specified location in disposable containers.  Since food safety is always our primary concern, disposable warmers and/or coolers are also included.  

·        “At your service” - You supply the food.  We provide professional coordination:  Buffet setup, bar setup, room setup, service, cleanup, and equipment, to create a flawless event.
